Join the Team at Unior USA
Do you enjoy working on bikes, talking with mechanics and bike shops, and being part of the cycling industry?
Unior USA is the exclusive North American importer and distributor of Unior professional bicycle tools, Sinter high-performance bicycle brake pads, and Bleedkit hydraulic brake service products. We work with bicycle retailers, distributors, professional mechanics, race teams, and cycling enthusiasts throughout the United States and Canada.
We're a small, passionate team where everyone makes a difference. This isn't a corporate job where you're responsible for only one task. Every day brings something different, and your ideas and initiative will help shape the future of our business.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and manage product, inventory, sales, and customer data, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Work with Microsoft Excel to organize, maintain, and analyze business and inventory data.
- Help manage and maintain our Shopify, Unleashed, Amazon, and eBay systems, including product information, inventory, pricing, and online listings.
- Support bicycle dealers with orders, product recommendations, and customer service.
- Answer customer phone calls and emails with product and technical questions.
- Assist with inventory management and purchasing.
- Help maintain accurate product information, pricing, specifications, and online listings.
- Monitor and help manage our Amazon and eBay stores.
- Build relationships with existing customers while helping develop new business opportunities.
- Attend bicycle trade shows, races, demo events, and dealer visits throughout the Northeast.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive inventory and maintain an organized warehouse.
- Assist with day-to-day operations wherever needed.

- Enjoy helping customers and solving problems.
- Are organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Have strong data management and organizational skills, with excellent attention to accuracy and detail.
- Are comfortable working independently in a small business.
- Can switch comfortably between customer service, sales support, data management, warehouse work, and day-to-day operations.

- Have experience with Microsoft Excel, Shopify, Unleashed, Amazon, or eBay — experience with these systems is a plus.
- Can lift up to 50 pounds.
- Have a valid driver's license and are willing to travel occasionally.
What This Job Is NOT
- It's not just a warehouse position.
- It's not an all-day cold-calling sales job.
- It's not a large corporate environment where you're one of hundreds of employees.
Instead, you'll become an important member of a small, respected company where your work has a direct impact on our customers and our success.
Why You'll Like Working Here
- Work with premium cycling brands respected around the world.
- Be part of the bicycle industry every day.
- Attend trade shows, cycling events, and dealer visits.
- Enjoy a wide variety of responsibilities that keep every day interesting.
- Work directly with company leadership and have your ideas heard.
- Opportunity to grow with a small company where your contributions truly matter.
