Shipping policy

Free Shipping

Orders of $75 or more ship free anywhere in the United States — all fifty states, plus Washington DC, US territories, and APO/FPO addresses. If you choose the free option, we reserve the right to select the carrier and service. A variety of paid carriers and methods are also presented at checkout, each with its own delivery time and rate.

Exceptions: Oversized and Freight Items

Some items are simply too big or too heavy to ship at parcel rates, so the free-shipping offer does not apply to them. A good rule of thumb: anything heavier or bulkier than our largest tool kit ships at a freight rate instead. That covers:

  • Professional repair stands (floor-standing models with bases)
  • Workbenches, workbench tops, and working plates
  • Tool carriages and tool chests
  • Drawer, parts, and hanging cabinets
  • Mobile desks and other workshop furniture, including workbench back panels and supports
  • Workshop machines like the Sinter brake bedding machine
  • Bench vises
  • Fixed mounting plates for repair stands
  • The stainless steel suspension sink

These items ship at the flat or carrier-calculated freight rate shown at checkout, and can only be delivered within the continental United States — we cannot send them to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or Canada.

Please note: if your order contains an oversized item, the free-shipping option will not be offered on that order, even when the rest of the cart qualifies. If you would like free shipping on the rest of your tools, place the oversized item as a separate order.

Brake Fluids and Other Regulated Items

Hydraulic fluids and similar regulated items ship by ground service only. They still qualify for free shipping on orders of $75 or more; ground-only routing may add a day or two of transit time.

Processing Time

We aim to ship every order within 1 business day, excluding weekends and US holidays. There are rare occasions where that is not possible — office closures for trade shows or the annual factory visit may delay the processing of your order — but they are the exception rather than the rule.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We are generally happy to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Oversized items cannot ship to these addresses, and certain other items may not be eligible; if any part of your order cannot be delivered as addressed, we will contact you to work out an alternative.

Canada

We ship to Canada at the carrier rates shown at checkout (USPS, UPS, or DHL Express). Free shipping is US-only, and oversized items cannot ship to Canada.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once we process your order you will receive an email with tracking information. If it has not arrived within a couple of business days of your order, please contact us.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Euro Tool Works, LLC is not responsible for any duties or taxes due upon receipt. All fees, tariffs, duties, etc. assessed during or after shipping are solely the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged en route, please thoroughly photograph the package as received and retain all the packaging. All claims should first be taken up with the carrier, but please do inform us of the damage as well.
