The 721.1/6 swivel base mounts between the bench and a 150 mm-jaw Unior vise and lets the whole vise rotate 360°. Instead of unclamping a workpiece and re-setting it to reach the far side, you swing the vise to the angle the job needs and keep working.
That matters on a bike-shop bench. A vise is the second purchase after the repair stand, and the jobs it earns its keep on (cutting a steerer, trimming a seatpost, pressing a bushing, holding a stem) each want the work presented square to the saw or press. This is the 150 mm size of the base, code 621569. It fits the 150 mm-jaw vises in the 721 family: the 721/6 (621567), the 721Q/6 (621568), and the 150 mm IRONGATOR (721Q/6-US, 625131) sold here. If your vise is the 125 mm IRONGATOR, this base is the wrong size; you want the 125 mm swivel base, code 621483, instead.
Mounting
The base bolts to the bench through the four ø13 mm holes in its corners, set on a 160 × 160 mm square, and the vise then bolts onto the base's rotating disc. Official assembly hardware for this size is four M12×30 bolts plus four washers. The bench pattern is the base's own, not the vise's, so retrofitting under an already-mounted vise means re-drilling the bench. Unior's guidance: use bolts in all of the holes, with lock washers, so nothing works loose under load. The base raises the vise by 87.5 mm.

Unior has been forging hand tools in Zreče since 1919. The 721.1/6 follows the house recipe: grey cast iron for the base plate, special tool steel for the other parts, and a lifetime warranty behind it. Grey cast iron is an iron and carbon casting alloy with flake graphite in its structure, not a steel; the graphite damps vibration, and the material is far stronger in compression than in tension, which is why vise bodies and machine bases have been cast from it for over a century.

Mock up the 87.5 mm of added height against your saw and press working heights before you drill the 160 × 160 mm pattern. Then run M12×30 bolts in all four ø13 mm holes with lock washers, per Unior's guidance, so the base cannot work loose as you swing the vise.
