Seven reinforced-plastic fork seal drivers in one kit: previous-generation 30, 32, 34, and 40 mm plus current 35, 36, and 37 mm. Each slides over the fork bushing to guide the dust seal in square, then a few taps with a soft mallet seat it home. Covers Fox, RockShox, and most modern forks.

Here at Unior USA, we've put our brains together to combine our old and new fork seal drivers in one convenient package at a great price! This kit comes with 7 seal drivers ranging from 30mm to 40mm. Once you add this to your tool collection, you'll be ready for nearly every fork seal that rolls into your workshop.
What's in the bundle
30mm, 32mm, 34mm, 40mm are V1 model
35mm, 36mm, 37mm are V2 model
Every driver is the same reinforced-plastic design Unior builds in Zreče, Slovenia: plastic on purpose, so it won't nick the new seal or mark the lower-leg casting. The V1 drivers carry printed size markings; the V2 drivers are the current laser-etched version. There is no 38 mm driver in this bundle; if you run 38 mm stanchions, the current-generation driver sells that size individually.
How to use them
Fit is by stanchion diameter, so grab the driver that matches the fork on the bench. Slide the new dust seal onto the driver's nose, set it into the lower leg so the fork's bushing guides it, and tap the flat top with a soft plastic mallet until the seal sits flush. These drivers have no depth stop; stop tapping at flush rather than sinking the seal too deep. Between the seven sizes you're covered for Fox, RockShox, and most other modern forks from 30 to 40 mm. New to the job? Our lower-leg service guide shows where the seal driver comes in.
FAQ
Which sizes are included, and which generation is each driver? You get seven drivers. The 30, 32, 34, and 40 mm sizes are Unior's previous-generation (V1) design with printed size markings, while 35, 36, and 37 mm are the current V2 design with laser-etched markings. There is no 38 mm driver in the bundle; that size is sold separately on the current-generation driver page.
What do the V1 and V2 labels mean? They are two generations of the same Unior 1702 fork seal driver. Both are molded from reinforced plastic so they won't damage the seal or the fork housing, and both install seals the same way. V2 is the current version, with laser-etched size markings that stay legible and a wider eight-size lineup. Mixing the two generations is how this kit covers 30–40 mm at one price.
How do I install a fork dust seal with these? With the lowers off, slide the new dust seal onto the driver's nose, line the driver up on the fork bushing so it guides the seal in square, and tap the flat top with a soft plastic mallet. There is no depth stop, so stop tapping as soon as the seal sits flush with the casting.
Will these fit my fork? Fit is by stanchion diameter, so match the driver to your stanchion size. The seven sizes cover 30–40 mm, which takes in Fox, RockShox, and most other modern forks.
