The seven drawers ship pre-loaded with Unior's 1600SOS21 through 1600SOS27 bike tool trays: three advanced general-maintenance sets (one with a hammer and Hanger Genie, one with pliers, one for precision work), a comprehensive routine-maintenance tray, a cone-wrench tray, a drivetrain tray, and a bottom bracket and crankset tray. Can I add more trays or rearrange the drawers later? Yes. The drawers accept Unior's SOS tool trays in 1/3, 2/3, and 3/3 sizes, so you can slot in extra trays or move them between drawers as your workload changes. Unior USA also sells bike tool trays individually, and the perforated side panels take the ten included 50 mm hooks for hanging what lives outside a drawer.

How much weight can it carry, and can I roll it fully loaded? Each drawer is rated for 45 kg on its full-extension ball-bearing slides. The carriage body itself is rated at 1600 kg static (measured without casters), and the rated dynamic load while rolling is 300 kg, so a fully stocked carriage moves around the shop or event pit without drama.

Does the carriage lock? Yes. It uses a central locking system with a lock and folding key, the same mechanism as the Eurostyle carriage platform it is built on. One of the four 100 mm oil- and acid-resistant casters also has a brake that blocks both rolling and swiveling, so the carriage stays parked at the bench.
