Paper Towel Holder

A bench mechanic reaches for a paper towel between every other tool change. The towel doesn’t go on the bench top (it gets caught in clamps and falls off when the bike moves). It doesn’t go on the floor (the next tool the mechanic drops finds the towel first). It needs to mount in fixed position on the bench rail or on the wall, at the height the mechanic reaches without looking.
