The Small Parts Organizer is the bay-fill accessory designed for the Master Tool Kit Case (970MASTERKIT) and the current-generation Master Kit Tool Case 2.0. It drops into the case's small-parts bay and gives a working mechanic a structured place for the items that otherwise drift to the bottom of the case: master links, valve cores, threadlock vials, cable ends, sealant cartridges, axle washers.

What it carries

  • Three primary compartments
  • Modular dividers that subdivide each compartment, building up to 21 separate compartments in total
  • Sized to the Master Kit Tool Case bay layout (364 × 248 × 50 mm)

The modular dividers slot into pre-positioned channels in the organizer, so the layout is configurable per workshop. A mechanic who runs a road-and-gravel fleet has different small-part needs than one who runs a DH-and-Enduro fleet; the organizer reconfigures without tools.

Why the dimensions matter

The organizer fits the Master Tool Kit case bay precisely: it does not shift in transit, does not waste vertical space inside the lid, and stacks under the SOS foam trays without lifting them off their cutouts. A small-parts organizer that fits loosely defeats the point; this one sits in the bay the case was designed for.

Built in Zreče, Slovenia

Unior has been forging hand tools in Zreče, Slovenia, since 1919, and is the official technical partner of multiple World Tour and downhill teams. The Small Parts Organizer is the case-system accessory that completes the Master Kit format; small enough to be invisible until the case opens, useful enough to be the first place a mechanic reaches when chasing a master link or a valve core.

Pro tip from our mechanics

A working mechanic underestimates the value of a small-parts organizer until the second time they unpack the case after a race weekend and find a loose master link rolling between the heavier tools. The organizer is the difference between “I packed it somewhere” and “I packed it here.” For shops running the current-generation kit, the Master Tool Kit 2.0 ships with this organizer included.
