Collection: Ratchets, Sockets & Bits

Ratchets, sockets and bits in 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 inch drive

A ratchet finishes certain jobs faster than a hex key or a wrench. Most of Unior's bike-specific sockets, from bottom bracket sockets to cassette lockring tools and suspension top-cap sockets, take a 1/2 inch square drive, so the 1/2 inch ratchet is the one that turns them. The 3/8 inch ratchet turns 3/8 inch drive sockets and hex bit sockets. Both have 75 teeth and a 4.8 degree working angle, so they keep working in tight spaces. The 1/4 inch ratchet, with 40 teeth and a 9 degree working angle, handles small hardware.

The 1782 bits and sockets set collects the 1/4 and 3/8 drive sockets, hex and Torx bits and drive adapters a bike shop uses, in one foam tray. Metric socket sets, long hex bits, a bit ratchet and drive adaptors fill the gaps. For torque-controlled work, pair any of them with a wrench from Torque Tools.
